Q1: Are Parfco perfumes authentic?
A: Yes. All perfumes sold by Parfco are 100% original. We source globally and deliver fragrances specially selected for the West African market to Nigeria.
Q2: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: In Nigeria, we allow inspection upon delivery. If the product is damaged or has quality issues, you can return it immediately at the time of receipt.
Q3: Where do you ship from and which areas do you cover?
A: Orders are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria through GIG Logistics. All confirmed orders are dispatched by 12:00 noon the following day for nationwide delivery.
Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support multiple payment options, including OPAY, Paystack, direct bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q5: How long does the perfume last?

Q6: How should I store my perfumes?
A: Perfumes should be kept in a cool, shaded place to avoid long exposure to direct sunlight, which may affect quality. Since perfumes can be shaken during transport, we recommend letting them rest for 2–3 days before opening for the best fragrance experience.
