All perfumes sold on our website are 100% authentic fragrances, sourced only from authorized distributors.
We strictly reject counterfeit products and guarantee authenticity for every order. Shop with confidence — every perfume you buy is original and genuine.
2. Orders & Secure Payments
We make shopping for perfumes in Nigeria safe and easy. Supported payment methods include:

Once your order is confirmed, we ship within 24 hours (during promotional campaigns, slight delays may occur).
3. Shipping & Delivery Across Nigeria
We deliver perfumes nationwide with reliable and secure logistics.
To ensure the best delivery experience, we partner with GIG Logistics, one of Nigeria’s most trusted courier companies, to provide customers with fast and professional shipping services.

4. Perfume Return & Exchange Policy
Perfumes are sealed liquid products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, our return policy is as follows:
✅ Accepted returns/exchanges:
Damaged, leaking, or broken during delivery
Wrong perfume received (model/volume mismatch)
Major product defect (e.g., broken spray pump)
⚠️ Customer reminder: Please check your perfume immediately upon delivery. If issues are found, take photos and contact our support team.
❌ Non-returnable cases:
Perfume opened or used
Personal dislike of the fragrance
Return request submitted after 7 days
📦 Return logistics:
For approved return requests, we cooperate with GIG Logistics Nigeria to provide customers with a convenient doorstep pickup service. This ensures your return process is simple, safe, and efficient.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after inspection. Returned perfumes must remain sealed, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
5. Customer Support in Nigeria
We provide 7×12 hours support (Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

6. Important Usage Notes
Perfume scents may vary slightly depending on individual body chemistry — this is not considered a defect.
Store perfumes away from direct sunlight and heat to preserve quality and longevity.
The core ingredient of perfumes includes alcohol. All products go through a proper maturation process before leaving the factory. For some perfumes, a slight alcohol smell may be noticeable during initial use. This is normal and will fade naturally if the bottle is kept in a cool, shaded place for a few days.
